General management team

Reports to Business Manager & Upper Management. Responsible for day-to-day operations,  ensuring smooth workflow, understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales reports, staff management/scheduling, inventory management.

Experience  required:

  • bookkeeping

  • accounting

  •  invoice/vendor management

  • staff management

  •  customer service facing role 5-7 years

A plus:

  • bartending experience,

  • familiarity of food trends

Front of house staff

Reports to general management, shift leads. Responsible for product knowledge, excellent customer service, maintaining integrity of Block brand to customers.

Experience  required:

  •  customer service facing role minimum 2 years

A plus: ​

  • familiarity of food trends

Back of house staff

Reports to head chef.  Responsible for general preparation of products as needed.

Experience  required:

  •  related experience in restaurant industry

A plus: ​

  • familiarity of food trends

  • prior specialized culinary experience
