PHASE 1: TELL US

Initial submissions will be accepted 3/18/19 12:00AM - 4/6/19 11:59PM.
PHASE 2: PITCH IT
We will choose up to 10* of our favorites to create a menu tasting.
*Dependent on volume of initial submissions
Tastings/pitches will run 4/15/19 12:00AM - 4/22/19 11:59PM.
PHASE 3: SHOW US
3 finalists will execute their menu for
pop-ups on 3 separate weekends.
*Finalists will be judged on overall
sales and execution.
